    Ever since the involvement of the Peppas family with the wine, the winery is set in the community of Ancient Nemea.

    The story of the Peppas family begins in 1958, when Andreas Peppas with his spouse Ekaterini make a small, traditional wine-press with ‘tsipouries’ and some barrels for the storage of wine. It is an era of hardship but with plenty of love for the vine and the wine, they succeed in 1963 to establish the company “WINERY ANDREAS PEPPAS”.

    In the beautiful village of Arcadia Kapsia beside the enchanting pine forest of Menalon, the old mansion of Evangelos nun was restored based on tradition and architectural materials and elements of the site. Evangelos nun Jr., respecting fully the desire of his grandfather, opened the doors of the mansion to the public by creating a small winery, visited locations with production and accommodation and conference appropriately designed for small events, meals, conferences and banquets.

     Cultivation of our privately owned mountainous vineyards is curried out according to organic standards which respect nature and tradition.

    Our wines produced in our new, modern winery, are of limited production and are supplied in numbered bottles.
